the app freezers often and the UX is not intuitive, for the amount one pays for this banking service, I expect a lot more

Poor user experience. International transfers keep failing while using Android even after reinstalling the app, no error message showed which is very confusing. The only plus is client support which patiently tries to help out. After reinstallation a new user interface showes, a bit sketchy one, the text at the top is at the same level as the icons at the top of the Android screen which makes them unreadable. Then after a few logins goes back to the old one - doesn't feel and look professional.

Push notification for debit/ credit movements does not work. If it wasn't for that, app would have been great.

The update to v7 has completely ruined the UX experience and broken the app. I see a total of my assets while logging in, but the total is not current. Why show me outdated information? Some elements use the new UI, some use the old one. Why the mismatch? Scanning slips is now hit and miss. Fails as often as it works. So much space wastage, information is somehow harder to read. Also why does each interaction open a new modal? Horrible update.

The latest version of the app has a horrible user interface. Honestly I loved the older Version, it was simple, effective and easy to use. The new one is really poorly designed with some background image distracting the core content and the account balance seems to hang out of no where. The entire app seems to be badly designed and feels half baked. Also had a strange experience with the scan module, it seems to work only if the phone is held in portrait mode. Why ruin an app which was perfect?

Horrible experience, I'm OK with the interface looking like a 90s website and the design being well not so smart. What I would like to do though, with my banking app, is actually TRANSFER MONEY. The first couple weeks transfer didn't work, failed silently and I was back to a blank screen, later I was happy to see I could finally do a transfer... Until it was rejected, with no notification, no explanation... No way to contact at no cost from abroad. Run and don't turn back.

-1: With 7.4.0 the scanner is unreliable. -1: The payment search does not work, or it works in a way I could not discover. I now have to use the web site to enter payments! Has the product manager ever seen the Revolut app? Thay could learn a lot. What are these huge gobs of data it is downloading between menus? -1 star for: needlessly putting e-billing in its own category.

Update: I have previously uninstalled/reinstalled and again now following your recommendations - to no avail. It still tells me that my secure sign app is not installed when it is. Super annoying. One day you can sign in with no issues, the next it doesn't recognise the Secure Sign extension and is asking to re-install it, then another day it's all good again. Please sort this out. Otherwise, it generally serves it's purpose.

Recently, the devs have fixed some long-standing bugs, such as not updating the account balance, error fetching transactions, error fetching credit card transactions, janky log-in transitions, or the 'payment' button which wouldn't appear unless the app is minimized and restarted. The app does what it's supposed to do. If the quality further improves, I will change my rating to 5/5.

Globally useable but there is some very badly thought user experience designs. The backend processes are way too visible to the user. The login process is a bit better. But today, it is the bill scan process: scan a bill, phone vibrates, then you fall on a random screen... And then sometimes nothing happens, sometimes the payment process starts immediately, sometimes it's delayed. Please, make it nicely visible to the user when the app needs to wait for an async process.

Still very poor experience. If you look for a quick and easy online only banking app go UBS or neon. Bloated app, full of bugs, and not customer oriented at all. The feedback functionality still doesn't work correctly, and it asks for a phone number--why do you need my phone number and email for me to go out of my way to tell you what's wrong with your product???
